GroomBox Global Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GroomBox Global, operated by Best Buds International Limited (Hong Kong) (“Operator,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) under license from GroomBox LLC (USA) (“Licensor”). GroomBox Global serves customers outside of the United States only.
By accessing or using any GroomBox Global website, platform, subscription, or service, including [globalgroombox], you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Language and Translation Disclaimer
This website may be translated into languages other than English for convenience only. These translations are provided using automated translation tools and may contain errors, omissions, or differences in meaning.
If there is any difference or conflict between a translated version of this website and the English-language version, the English-language version controls and applies.
All terms, conditions, policies, disclosures, rights, and obligations are legally binding only as stated in the English-language version of this website.
1. Parties and Relationship
GroomBox Global is operated by Best Buds International Limited, an independent international licensee of GroomBox LLC. The Licensor does not operate, fulfill, ship, bill, or provide customer service for international orders.
All customer transactions, subscriptions, shipments, and support are handled by the Operator unless otherwise stated.
2. Eligibility and Use
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally permitted to purchase professional grooming tools in your jurisdiction.
You may use the service solely for lawful, professional, and personal business purposes. Prohibited uses include unauthorized resale, automation, scraping, reverse engineering, intellectual property infringement, false claims, or interference with platform functionality.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access at our discretion.
3. International Availability and Restrictions
GroomBox Global ships to supported countries excluding the United States. Availability may vary by destination due to customs, carrier limitations, or local regulations.
You are responsible for confirming that imported grooming tools are permitted in your country.
4. Products, Pricing, and Descriptions
All product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing are provided for informational purposes and may change without notice.
Colors, finishes, and cosmetic details may vary due to manufacturing processes. Such variations do not constitute defects.
Availability is not guaranteed.
5. Subscriptions and Box Contents
Subscription boxes ship near the end of each month, subject to production and carrier schedules.
Subscription tiers may include Lite, Classic, Core, or other offerings as displayed at purchase. Box contents are curated and may vary month to month.
Where applicable, size selection allows shear size preference only and does not guarantee a specific style or model.
6. New Subscribers
New subscribers may receive an introductory or favorites selection aligned with their tier. After the initial shipment, subscribers enter the regular monthly fulfillment cycle.
7. Renewals and Billing Authorization
Subscriptions renew automatically on the original enrollment date unless canceled prior to renewal.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the listed price until cancellation.
If a payment attempt fails, retries may occur for up to ten (10) days. If fulfillment has already occurred, the balance carries forward. Continued nonpayment may result in cancellation.
Re-subscribing does not guarantee availability of prior pricing or tiers.
8. Cancellations
Cancellations must be completed through the account dashboard prior to renewal processing.
Email cancellation requests must be received no later than the twenty-fifth (25th) day of the month preceding renewal to ensure processing. Requests received after renewal apply to future cycles only.
Cancellation stops future renewals and does not generate refunds for fulfilled or in-process orders.
9. Returns, Refunds, and Inspection
All sales are final except in cases of verified damage or manufacturing defect.
Claims must be submitted within seven (7) days of carrier-confirmed delivery and may require photographs, descriptions, and physical return for inspection.
Items not returned for inspection, or that are discarded, altered, or damaged after delivery, are not eligible for replacement, refund, or credit.
Feedback, reviews, or account notes do not constitute a return or defect claim.
10. Shipping, Customs, and Risk of Loss
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, VAT, GST, import fees, and local charges. These are not included in purchase prices.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier-confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.
Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable shipments are considered fulfilled. Reshipment may be offered at the customer’s expense.
Incorrect or incomplete address information does not qualify for refunds or free reshipment.
11. Delays, Insurance, and Theft
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Claims for lost shipments may be filed only after applicable carrier waiting periods. Replacement or refund is issued only after claim approval.
The Operator is not responsible for theft following confirmed delivery unless carrier-verified misdelivery is established.
12. Gift Cards and Credits
Gift cards and account credits are non-refundable and do not expire unless required by local law.
Purchases made using gift cards or credits are final.
13. Chargebacks and Fraud
Initiating a chargeback does not cancel your payment obligations.
If merchandise is delivered and retained without return, any reversed amount constitutes an outstanding balance.
We reserve the right to invoice outstanding balances and pursue lawful collection remedies, including administrative and dispute fees, where permitted by law.
14. Taxes
Prices do not include local taxes unless explicitly stated. Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes imposed by their jurisdiction.
15. Product Use and Safety
Professional grooming tools must be used according to accepted grooming standards and manufacturer guidance.
Users assume all risk related to use, handling, and maintenance of grooming tools and products.
16. Limited Shear Warranty
Grooming shears include a limited one-year warranty for manufacturing defects for the original purchaser only.
The warranty excludes cosmetic variation, normal wear, drops, improper tension, misuse, lack of maintenance, blade damage, or user-caused defects.
Warranty claims require physical inspection. Return shipping for inspection is the customer’s responsibility. The operator will pay for shipping the replacement scissor if a confirmed manufacturer defect is found.
17. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, designs, and materials are owned by GroomBox LLC or its licensors and used under license. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
18. International Compliance
Customers are responsible for compliance with local consumer, import, and professional regulations. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
19. Dispute Resolution
To the extent permitted by law, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or equivalent alternative dispute resolution in the Operator’s principal jurisdiction. Class actions are waived where legally enforceable.
20. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
21. Governing Framework
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the Operator’s jurisdiction, subject to mandatory local consumer protections.

23. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GroomBox LLC, Best Buds International Limited, and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and affiliates from and against any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal and administrative fees, arising out of or related to your use of GroomBox Global, your purchase or use of products or services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable laws or regulations, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
This indemnification applies only to the extent that such claims arise from your acts or omissions and does not apply to claims resulting from the Operator’s or Licensor’s breach of these Terms, applicable law, or mandatory consumer protection obligations.
You acknowledge and agree that GroomBox LLC, as licensor, does not operate, fulfill, ship, or sell products internationally, and you agree to indemnify GroomBox LLC from claims arising out of international fulfillment, shipping, customs clearance, taxation, or regulatory compliance, except where such claims result from GroomBox LLC’s own breach of applicable law or obligations that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory consumer protection rules.
To the extent required by applicable law, Best Buds International Limited agrees to indemnify and hold you harmless against direct losses arising solely from the Operator’s material breach of these Terms or applicable law, provided that such losses were not caused or contributed to by your actions, misuse of products, failure to follow professional grooming standards, or violation of these Terms.
No party shall be required to indemnify another party for losses arising from that party’s own fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence, or for matters for which liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law.
Nothing in this section limits or excludes any rights or remedies that may not be waived or restricted under applicable consumer protection legislation, including laws implementing EU consumer protection directives.
This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account, cancellation of any subscription, or cessation of use of the service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
