Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to GroomBox Global, operated by Best Buds International Limited (Hong Kong) (“Operator”) under license from GroomBox LLC (“Licensor”). GroomBox Global serves customers outside of the United States only.

GroomBox LLC does not sell, ship, fulfill, process payments, or provide customer service for international orders. All international transactions, deliveries, and customer support are handled exclusively by the Operator.

This policy is incorporated into and must be read in conjunction with the GroomBox Global Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the Terms and Conditions control.

Governing Language and Translation Disclaimer

This website may be translated into languages other than English for convenience only. These translations are provided using automated translation tools and may contain errors, omissions, or differences in meaning.

If there is any difference or conflict between a translated version of this website and the English-language version, the English-language version controls and applies.

All terms, conditions, policies, disclosures, rights, and obligations are legally binding only as stated in the English-language version of this website.

All Sales Are Final

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all purchases made through GroomBox Global are final.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Subscription boxes
  • One time purchases
  • Grooming shears and tools
  • Accessories and add on items
  • Promotional and gift purchases

Returns and refunds are not offered except where required by mandatory consumer protection laws or as expressly stated in this policy.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Subscriptions and Renewals

Once a subscription renewal has processed and payment has been successfully captured, the order is non refundable.

This applies regardless of shipping status.

You may cancel future renewals through your account dashboard prior to renewal processing. Cancellation stops future billing only and does not affect orders already processed or fulfilled.

Subscription charges fund advance manufacturing, preparation, and allocation of inventory. For this reason, completed or in process renewals are not eligible for refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a replacement only, not a refund, subject to the conditions below.

To submit a claim, you must:

  • Notify customer service within seven (7) days of carrier confirmed delivery
  • Contact service@global.groombox.co
  • Provide clear photographs and a written description of the issue

For grooming shears and tools:

  • The item must be returned for inspection
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • The Operator will inspect the item to determine whether the issue resulted from a manufacturing or transit defect

If a defect is confirmed, the Operator will issue a replacement item of the same or comparable style and value at no additional cost.

Replacement will not be issued for damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, drops, blade collisions, neglect, modification, or normal wear.

Items that are discarded, altered, or not returned for inspection are not eligible for replacement.

Refused, Undeliverable, or Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that are refused, returned by the carrier, undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information, or not collected after carrier notice are considered delivered and fulfilled.

In such cases:

  • The shipment may be held for up to thirty (30) days
  • Reshipment may be offered at the customer’s expense
  • Refunds will not be issued

Failure to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees does not qualify for a refund or free reshipment.

Gift Cards, Credits, and Promotional Items

Refunds or exchanges are not offered for:

  • Gift cards
  • Store credits
  • Bonus or promotional items

Gift cards and credits do not expire unless required by applicable law and may only be used in accordance with account eligibility and the Terms and Conditions.

Licensor Disclaimer

GroomBox LLC licenses the GroomBox brand and related intellectual property but does not participate in international sales, fulfillment, shipping, refunds, replacements, or customer service.

All refund, return, replacement, and delivery determinations are made solely by Best Buds International Limited (Hong Kong) as the Operator of GroomBox Global.
